All normal booking must be paid for in advance to secure booking. All prices mentioned in this web site are in US $ per person or family group and are only available through the website online bookings. The total amount you see is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all government tax and service charge.

Deposits or full payments received for a tour package offered by Explore Bali Cycling indicates acceptance and acknowledgment of any cancellation fees and all other conditions outlined herein
• Activities is on per person per service or based on the package rate and strictly valid if you book directly to Explore Bali Cycling.
• Explore Bali Cycling offer rate included 21% tax and service.
• These rates are applicable only when reservation is made through Explore Bali Cycling. If you cannot find out the rate that you are looking for, please contact us for more and detail information.
• All of the rates on Explore Bali Cycling website may change without prior notice.
• Once you have confirmed our service, then please fill the Reservations Form completely.
• When completing the Reservation Form, please make sure that you have filled the right booking form to avoid misunderstanding occur. Therefore, please note the following items as a part of our Reservation Form in detail:
o Part 1, as a result below:
You have to complete your personal data to provide us as the complete information related to our access of communication with you including the next booking confirmation.
o Part 2, as a result below :
You have to complete the data if other person wants to join the tour/travel/accommodation/adventure etc with you.
o Part 3, as a result below :
This part will establish you about the method of Payment where you are clearly inform hot to settle the payment online
• We will inform you the deadline/due date of your final booking confirmation on our confirmation booking.
• Once we confirm your booking we will keep noted that your booking Temporary Confirmed until we have received your Final Confirmation by settling the payment online
• To secure your booking, you have to make sure that you have settled the payment online by obtaining the official receipt from our office
• All booking confirmations are subject to the availability basis.
• Therefore please make sure you have filled your e-mail address correctly.
• All rates on Explore Bali Cycling are quoted in US Dollars, however in case of payment made by credit card directly on the spot, the local bank regulations will be definitely executed that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah Currency which are previously converted with the current exchange rates applied by Indonesian banks for selling US Dollars on day of debit.
• You can settle the payment by USD CASH / Rp. CASH / Amex (+3%) / VISA (+3%) / Master (+3%) for the booking made on spot and do not valid for online booking
• We do not receive cash in US Dollar currency with addition 1996 or before.

EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS
